Noodles by emmer flour and wheat flour

The “Flegga” noodles (Hilopitta in Greek) are kind of traditional Greek pasta, made from flour, eggs, milk and salt. The dough is opened at a sheet, and then cut into strips. Cooked in various ways, either as a soup or chicken etc.

Tips: Taste “Flegga” noodles with tomato paste, olive oil, onions and “Flegga” feta cheese, crumbled.
